Tentree Policy:
"We offer returns for eligible products within 30 days of the purchase date. Once a return is started online, you have 15 days to drop your order off at the post office with our prepaid label. All Returns and Exchanges must be done through our online portal - if you need any assistance, please email support@tentree.com."
The following conditions apply:
- A $10 return label fee will apply to all returns.
- Exchanges for a different colour/size in the same style are free.
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, hang tags attached, and the tree codes cannot have been registered.
- All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival at the warehouse. Please be sure to inform us of any changes in what will be sent back, as any discrepancies discovered between what was discussed and what arrived will be issued as charge-backs/credits (as applicable).
